What's wrong ?

It says include an image tag which I have yet it won't let me pass the challenge.

If you're on question 2 of 2, all it asks for is img tags, no anchor tags and it specifies no alt attributes, I passed with this:

        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg">
        </li>
        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg">
        </li>
        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-06.jpg">
        </li>
      </ul>

The last line of the challenge statements says "Leave the alt attributes blank, and don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!"

You added links, and that is why it will not let you pass. Delete the links and you'll be good to go.

No worries. It happens to many. The thing to remember with the challenges, is they are very strict and very picky. There are times that if you miss a period at the end of a sentence, it will not let you pass. It's happened to me a few times. :)
