My second set of legends tag, the comment one, is reported as wrong but it seems right. Can someone point out where I've gone wrong?

33,990 PointsHi Gavin, I think the issue is you have declared a third fieldset around the submit button when it is not needed, if you remove that it should work, like so:
<fieldset>
<legend>whats on your mind</legend>
<label for="comment">Comment:</label>
<textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"></textarea>
</fieldset>
<button type="submit">Submit Comment</button>
Hope that helps!
