Can you post your code?

Sure

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>

    <form action="index.html" method="post">
      <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
      <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
        <optgroup label="Shirt Color.">
          <option value="red">Red</option>
          <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
          <option value="purple">Purple</option>
          <option value="blue">Blue</option>
          <option value="green">Green</option>
          <option value="orange">Orange</option>
        </optgroup>
      </select>
    </form>

  </body>
</html>

Is that Dot supposed to be there after the optgroup label? :-)

There must be a bug. The code is correct. I had the same problem with another quiz.

It's actually meant to be a colon but it made no difference, I tried to putting the closing tag right in front of the tag and it worked.

<form action="index.html" method="post">
      <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
      <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
        <optgroup label="Shirt Color."></optgroup>
          <option value="red">Red</option>
          <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
          <option value="purple">Purple</option>
          <option value="blue">Blue</option>
          <option value="green">Green</option>
          <option value="orange">Orange</option>
      </select>
    </form>

I think team treehouse didn't account that I would try to group the options but suppose It works fine since there's only one group.
