When I run test, I am getting an error that says "no test specified"

I followed the directions in the video, but when I run "npm run test" I am getting a "no test specified" error.

Most likely you did one of two things:

forgot to run npm install

forgot to update the package.json file to read: "scripts": {"test": "mocha"},

If you fix both of those you should be good to go.
