When I search for post processing in the add component section it does not come with post processing behaviour

I don't know what to do it only comes with the option to create a new script. Please help.

Are you sure that you’ve imported the Post Processing Stack correctly from the Unity asset store? If not, do that, and it should start working.

yes I've done that anyway I think I know the answer my prediction is the version of unity I'm using
