Assign the result of the function to a constant named fahrenheitTemp. This is the line you missed. Everything else is fine except that your result goes nowhere. You need to store the result in the constant it asks for. Take a look:

func temperatureInFahrenheit ( temperature: Double) -> Double{

let fahrenheitTemp = (temperature * 9)/5 + 32

return (fahrenheitTemp)
}

let fahrenheitTemp = temperatureInFahrenheit(24.0)
