Where in XCODE 6.1 is the Objective-C Class?

I have xcode 6.1 and there is not any Objective-C class option to follow Douglass Turner. Which option should I use?

bdw try and click on them too . Because cople of them had changes and the name too so look at It and then go back if that's the wrong . Hope this helps too.
