Databases Querying Relational Databases Joining Table Data with SQL Inner Joins

Which is better in terms of Query execution and performance metrics?

SELECT make.makename,model.modelname FROM make, model WHERE make.makeid = model.makeid AND make.Makename ='Chevy';

SELECT make.makename,model.modelname FROM make INNER JOIN model ON make.makeid =model.makeid WHERE make.makename = 'Chevy';

For most databases, this is most likely an alternate syntax that resolves to the same thing internally, so the efficiency would be the same.

Some database systems have built-in benchmarking tools you can use to compare efficiencies or execution costs and be sure.
