Why am I getting this syntax error?

SyntaxError: script.js: Unexpected token ( (2:9)

const temperatures = [100, 90, 99, 80, 70, 65, 30, 10];
function ( let i = 0; i < temperatures.length; i++ ) {
   console.log(temperatures[i]);

}

this should fix it.
