why am i not getting my code right

We're going grocery shopping and we need an array of grocery items to buy. Declare a property named 'shoppingList'. Make it an NSArray and use the modifiers 'nonatomic' and 'strong'

Hello,

To clarify what everyone is saying (and hopefully further explain the topic) when you create an NSArray you will need to specify the properties that it has. Since the questions is asking that we have both "nonatomic" and "strong" modifiers code that accordingly into our .h file. So adding this:

@property (strong, nonatomic) NSArray *shoppingList;

is what you need. Please be aware that the NSArray has the corresponding name to it.

Hi Leonard, since the question asks us for an "NSArray" not a "NSString", we should use "NSArray".

I hope this helps:

You will need to add the following line of code inside the header file :

@property (strong, nonatomic) NSArray *shoppingList;
