I managed to figure out what you were watching, it's a little bit different from what you show above. The actual code is:

display_wishlist("Books", books)
display_wishlist("Video Games", video_games)  # note capitalization and underscore

The function "display_wishlist" takes two arguments, the first one is a string that it prints as a title, and the second one is is a list of gift wishes. The variable names are similar only because they were chosen to represent what they contain, but they are not identical to the titles.
