Why doesn't the code work? name = "Doss" treehouse = "Tree" + "house" email_greeting = treehouse + "loves" + name

name = "Doss"

treehouse = "Tree" + "house"

email_greeting = treehouse + "loves" + name

name.py
name = "Doss"

treehouse = "Tree" + "house"

email_greeting = treehouse  + "loves"  + name

you need to pad the middle word with spaces on either side:

email_greeting = treehouse  + " loves "  + name

so that the concatenated string comes out as "Treehouse loves Doss" and not TreehouselovesDoss
