Why is my workspace not loading?

Hello, I have done everything but my workspaces refuse to load. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, I have cleared browsing history, cookies, and cache. I have restarted my computer several times and still, the workspace doesn't load. I am not sure how to move forward.

Other folks are reporting workspace issues also, there seems to be a temporary problem with the server. I'd expect they are busily working to fix it already.

For future issues, while the forum is a great place to get help from other students on learning issues, you might get a more certain and rapid response from the staff about technical issues by contacting Support directly.

Muriel and Alex,

Currently, Treehouse engineers are actively working on resolving the workspace issue. In the meantime, you can click the downloads tab underneath each video to download the project files for the course. That way you can still follow along with the videos on your local machine.

It would be nice to have more communication from Treehouse when these issues arise, but hopefully the above method can help you keep moving forward while workspace is being fixed!
