Like can't you just make a clickable text without <nav>? So why use it?

10,478 PointsYou can but <nav> targets a block of navigation links. You could also use a <div class=" "> but browsers can now identify the navigation section with the <nav> tag.

12,735 Pointsthe nav tag specifically tells the browsers that that is a navigation element while the old way
<div class="nav"></div>this just tells the browser there is a div with the class of nav.
The code is just updated to be more specific for the browser.
