Why is that the course does not start from the very beginning and builds up step by step like what are tags, doctype and others? its like everything is already done here.

217 PointsHi! New here and just thought I'd give my input. I believe the question is trying to ask is why is the html and css already done for us in the workspace? Why not start with a blank page and go over it with us step by step?
