HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS (2016) Getting Familiar with HTML and CSS Building Web Pages with HTML and CSS

why is that the course is not started from the very beginning like tags, doctype ? everything has been done already

Why is that the course does not start from the very beginning and builds up step by step like what are tags, doctype and others? its like everything is already done here.

There is an introduction to it wich explains all of those, thats the first one u must take as a beginner and then u jump in to it

Hi! New here and just thought I'd give my input. I believe the question is trying to ask is why is the html and css already done for us in the workspace? Why not start with a blank page and go over it with us step by step?
