You should always place media queries at the end of the CSS.

That way they can take precedence over other rules of equal specificity when they apply. In this case, there's already a rule in the file for h1 that will override the media query otherwise.

You also have a syntax error caused by a stray semicolon in the first line.

+1 for catching the semi-colon. Even though that wasn't the entirety of the problem, I missed it at first glance.

Thank you James ,it was part of the problem and you helped me figure out it!

If you're referring to the media query at the top, then moving it to the bottom should function the way you expect. Since it is a cascading style sheet, the h1 values lower in the sheet are overriding your media query changes.
