Why is the constant the closure and not the function? Didn't reslly get that

Can I please get help.

Hello Egor,

I like to refer to "closures" as "enclosures".

The constant is the closure because it "enclosed" the function or made an instance of that function.

So while it's enclosed in the constant, it will continue to increment that running total variable. If you make another constant, it will be enclosed there.
