PHP PHP & Databases with PDO Getting Started With PDO Introductions

Why is there not a '.open' listed in sqlite3 like he shows in the video?

This is the first tutorial and, even though it shows on the video that he uses .open, the command does not work in sqlite3 in the terminal. It reads that there is no such command and to check .help. I did, and there is not a .open.

Sorry for the error Donnie Reese

The version of SQLite in Workspaces isn't the same as in the video. You need to load the database when you open sqlite. To do that type:

sqlite3 database.db

I had the same problem and that worked for me!
