Why isn't the CSS recognizing that I am writing solid and red in it?

Trying to add a border that is4px wide, solid and red. It recognizes that it is 4px wide but not solid or red. Please help?

Instead of = use a colon

border= 4px solid red;

should be

border: 4px solid red;

It seems that you used a = instead of a :

CSS is picky!
