Why this Subtitle is not working?

Here is workspace: https://w.trhou.se/a7uvdhaa7c i made every thing like video but subtitle is not working, my browser CHROME.

Check the <track> src attribute again. Looks like the vtt file is misspelled. When I corrected it, the CC's showed up for me. :)
