The training videos have these cool pop-up balloons. I am still in the beginning stages of training, but at what point do we learn how to do that? Is that part of CSS Animations or a more advanced aspect of programming? Thanks!

28,149 PointsI'm assuming you're talking about the little bubble that fly's out from the bottom left corner to define a word or thing that they just used?
If so, that's not done as CSS or any other web thing. It's a video editing thing. They would have used some sort of video editing software to animate and design that, and than just upload the whole thing to the web.
