35,526 PointsI rewatched the video and I think a typo occurred in copying the HTML or you did not do it right ( happens all the time ). But you can try it once again by copying and pasting the code here exactly as it is, into the head of the document. That should do the trick.

If this doesn't work, then you should definitely contact the support as Matthew Long has suggested.
Happy Learning.

Treehouse Moderator 145,860 PointsHi Joe,
My first question: Are you saving the changes made in the Workspace before refreshing the page?
If you are... sometimes you'll need to close the preview window and relaunch. OR... you may need to clear the browser's cache, as it sometimes loads the page from the cache.
Hope you get this solved. :)

28,407 PointsDon't give up Joe! It's rare to have someone somewhat troll you in the community forums like the other guy seems to be doing here. I've just never seen someone have the same problem you're having and it not be something simple like a browser issue or forgetting to save before refreshing. Have you tried contacting support? They respond quick! Either way, I wish you the best of luck Joe!

35,526 PointsDear joe Bell Fenner,
Yes, you've definitely missed something. But I'm pretty sure that you've not saved your changes. If you don't know how to save it then it's simple:
- just chant holalaholla 3 times
- then jabber around abra ka dabra.
- clap a few times
- mark my answer as the best one.
- Go to your workspace.
- HIt ctrl + S ( if multiple files, then ctrl + shift + s )
- And then go to your browser
- HIt refresh
- And voila
- Don't forget to do a Candle Dance
Hehehe, thank me later. Maybe you've already figured it out by now, given that I'm replying 6 hours later.

35,526 PointsOH!!!
Hey, joe Bell Fenner, did saving the workspace not solve the issue? Why give up on such a trivial problem as that, you can take this course if you need to learn more about workspaces.
By the way, I'll remove that previous answer from here. In case you took it too seriously, I'm sorry

28,407 PointsIt will be difficult for me to help without seeing your code! After making changes to your HTML are you saving your work before refreshing your browser? Maybe if you provide a snapshot of your workspace I can help more.
If the problem persists you can contact support.
