Working with Get Variables - Contact form not showing up in the browser

Hey guys so I added all the conditionals to my contact form but when I try to view it in the browser it just shows my the header and footer and the contact heading but doesn't display the actual form

here's my code I'm sure theres just a typo somewhere or something I missed out

Figured it out I was setting

$_isset($_GET["status"])

instead of just

isset($_GET["status"])
