Workspace Connection Lost

I keep getting Workspace Connection Lost error, not only for this course, but also in other courses I've worked through lately. It's almost impossible to follow along with the tutorials, because the error happens continuously, every 5-10 seconds. I can't get it to save my work. Is there a way to fix this?

worked best for me to use VSC also. When the project files are downloaded, you'll find there are a few extra files included a test file will need to be created, then drag and drop the main_test.js file into it. Make sure the package.json file is within the main file outside of the test files along with the node_modules file. Everything should work as the video shows then.
