Workspaces not launching

When trying to launch Workspaces, I'm just getting a blank page, on both this video and the previous one.

I captured the below error in the log:

Including any relevant URLs (such as your Workspace text editor), screenshot, and details about your environment (such as browser and OS versions), they may be very helpful for us to help diagnose what's happening.
