Would someone be able to give me an example answer for these questions in the questionnaire

and maybe simplify the questions and give an example as im not quite sure what they mean or how an organisation would answer them:

What does your organisation do and why does it matter?

What is the desired persona or personality of your company?

What is the single most important defining character trait of your company?

also is their any more questions i could ask? thankyou in advance :)

My apologies, I thought you may have been talking about the test at the end. I see you have questions in regards to the content it seems. Yes, the answers are really dependent on the company your attempting to assist. Thankfully most businesses have some kind of company vision and/ or mission statement. Its always best to ask specific questions to get the specific answers you need to help brand or re-brand them but they often will line up with the mission statement and values the company has already written. Never only rely on what they have written unless directed to do so, even then its not always best. As an example I'll use a fictional hotel to answer the questionnaire;

Q.What does your organization do and why does it matter? A. Our hotel provides quality and executive accommodations to our guests. Our hotel provides hospitality and business services those needing quality business accommodations and services.

Q. What is the desired persona or personality of your company? A. We wish to present a warm, positive and inviting atmosphere with a professional attitude to those in whom we provide services.

Q. What is the single most important defining character trait of your company? A. Our hotel is the largest and most premier on the inland of Hawaii.

The idea with these and other questions is to build and establish the identity and attitude the company wishes to project. There are no set questions to ask although those above are a good place to start but the other questions that you should ask will be dependent on the company, the local, the clientele.
