Yep i'm lost on this while loop

I'm pretty lost on this. I think I'm just getting an endless loop?

app.js
var secret;

while (secret !== "seseme") {
   secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");

}

document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
index.html

This should be the entire solution and I just noticed that you're spelling "sesame" wrong in your code.

var secret = prompt("What is the secret password?"); while (secret !== "sesame") { secret = prompt("What is the secret password?"); } document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");

thanks. fixing that spelling error fixed it haha

No prob. It's always the lil typos that get us.

You're missing the beginning prompt in your first line.

var secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");

I tried that but I just get Bummer! Your code took too long to run.
