you show how to use customizer to change the (a tag) but what if i wanted to use postMethod to show a:hover color change

I want to use a color selector to change the hover color for a link . I want to use postMethod via JQuery to output the result without Browser Refresh. I dont think JQuery lets you use ('example a:hover).css

If looked on the internet and have found some suggestions of using .hover in JQuery - just wanted to see if im on the correct trail or completely ofcourse.

I would guess that you want to get the CSS out to the page live rather than try to implement it with jQuery. Hover is a little trickier.
