Your 'areaInFeet' constant has the wrong value...What am I doing wrong to get this error?

I am a bit confused on the binary operators challenge and continue to get this error. Someone please help!

Could you post some code, so we can see what you're doing wrong.

So basically you just want to use area = length * width, as well as considering that 1ft = 12 inches. To get the right value, you must first convert your area and width into feet.

let areaInFeet = (height/12.0) * (width/12.0);

got it! Thanks Ricardo!

// the height and width of a wall let height = 120.0 // in inches let width = 144.0 // in inches

let area = height * width

let areainFeet = 120
