Begin with Swift. You must understand the language prior to its implementation.

Should you be hasty, however, you could begin with "Making a simple iPhone App" Course since it utilizes minimum programming concepts and their is little code.

Start with taking one of the iOS development classes offered in the Library. If you're entirely brand new to programming, you might want to try taking one of the fundamentals classes - there's an older 'intro to programming' (javascript) class that's great at breaking down fundamental concepts.
