Welcome to Treehouse!
With regards to ways to learn more Java, I know that Treehouse is ramping up their Java course selection. Not entirely sure of the timeline, but am very excited about topics I have heard rumblings that are in the works. In terms of learning more Java here on Treehouse, I would take a look at the courses in the Android Library. They are, obviously, geared towards Android development but that platform uses Java, and I see that you have already started on a few of them. That's great! I am finding it fun to work through the Android projects as it really helps to reinforce many of the topics in Java Basics & Java Objects as well as giving a great way to utilize Java skills!
Outside of Treehouse, and if you can't wait for the additional Java courses, there are a multitude of good resources. For doing some relatively fast challenge type learning, I enjoy the CodingBat Java site. Another resource I have found useful is Think Java by Allen B. Downey. There is some good foundational instruction in there along with some coding problems that provide a solid base in many aspects of Java.
Those are just my thoughts off the top of my head. I would image that Craig Dennis will be able to provide much more, and better, suggestions.
Happy coding,
Ken
