Cant see why this is not passing

Good day.

I cannot see why my attached code is not passing. It is identical to Kenneth Love code, but is giving the error: "Bummer! Your method didn't save a valid record; Your view didn't respond with a 201 status code"

        serializer.is_valid(raise_exception=True)
