For the Time Tango challenge, it's unclear what format string the date and time are in to complete the challenge, can this be clarified.
WIthout that knowledge, it's seemingly hard to correctly output a valid datetime object from methods like datetime.datetime.strptime and similar methods without more knowledge about the constraints of what format the date and time available will be in.
Similar to a previous challenge, hopefully Kenneth Love has an opportunity to chime in to this problem.
