Hi! I'm trying to upgrade and have been receiving the a message stating:

500 Internal Server Error If you are the admin of this website, then please read this web application's log file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.

I believe we will need more information to help you with your issue. Is this error occuring on treehouse or a personal server?

Hi !

It is occurring on Treehouse. I've attempted to upgrade on 2 separate computers. However, I am able to view the Python videos that I wanted to watch so maybe it did upgrade my account... Is there a way for me to check ? Thanks for replying back!

If you go into the library and try to watch a video with the Pro tag you should either be able to see it or there will be an message telling you that you still need to upgrade. If you are not upgraded and unable to upgrade please contact support here:
