trying to follow along with the lesson

i'm trying to follow along with the lesson but i'm not exactly sure what you're using to edit the html. are you just using a simple text editor or a workspace? if you're using workspaces how do i do that? sorry if this is a dumb question i'm just a little confused...

Sorry for posting this off-topic, but I'm helping Treehouse investigate a potential issue with their webserver. Please follow this link and leave a comment saying if you have experienced this webserver issue or not.

Really you could follow along however you like, if you are a beginner I would suggest using the workspaces. This can be done by clicking Launch Workspace at the bottom right of the video box.

ok, thanks for your help! when i use workspaces though do i need to upload the bootstrap files or something?

Not if you just use a CDN http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/#download

Under Bootstrap CDN, those are the tags to include in the <head> in your html

You can also use a text editor, such as Sublime. You can download and open both the source page HTML and the Bootstrap CSS files and make changes to the script that way.
