Late July: Python Basics

Sometime after that: Django Basics and lots more

Kenneth Love, what is the status on the Python Basics course release and, also, the Django? It seems to be 'up' but not activated?

charlie mudrick - The Python Basics went live last month. This month is "Python Collections". You can always check out roadmap to see what's coming up next.

Thanks James Barnett, I googled searched the 'upcoming' and not inside treehouse. Good to know

Any plan for Flask? The last time I used Django it felt like trying to use a bulldozer to dig a hole or a rosebush.

We definitely have plans for Flask. I'm not super experienced with it, but it's a wonderful project and I use it occasionally for simple experiments.

By the way... Python 2.7 or 3+?

As James Barnett said, it'll be all Python 3 (specifically Python 3.4). I don't see the point in teaching a version of the language that's already been end-of-life'd.
